Supporting The NHS During COVID-19 Pandemic

Central Electrical Contracts - blog header

Here at Central Electrical Contracts Ltd, we have been operating our services at the University Hospital in Coventry by providing essential work for the NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our work at the hospital has involved the installation of power and data, the supply will allow electrical drug cabinets to be installed into areas that are currently being converted to covid critical care sectors.

As a result, this has put our electricians on the frontline during the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic, However, to help protect our staff each individual has been trained and equipped to dress in full PPE to prevent the infection or transmission of the virus.

Corona Virus Testing Village

The testing village consists of several cabins, our electricians have wired and installed new power to each individual cabin which has assisted other services with the installation of fibre and so on.

COVID-19 Cabins

The completion of the cabins will now help aid the NHS to test patients for the COVID-19 virus. The testing village has created a safe enivornment for both staff and patient, as the individual cabins isolate potential COVID-19 patients from transmitting the virus to others.

We would also like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the NHS staff and all keyworkers involved that are helping our country overcome this pandemic. Thank you very much and be safe from Central Electrical Contracts
